Receivd Privacy Policy

Receivd – TCG Order Tracker ("Receivd") is a browser extension for Chromium-based browsers, including Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge, that helps users reconcile TCGplayer orders with the cards that actually arrive. Receivd has no developer-operated account system, backend, database, analytics service, or advertising service.

Information Receivd handles

When a user visits a supported authenticated TCGplayer order page, Receivd reads plain order information from that page. On numbered order history, Receivd also requests the other numbered pages in the date range the user selected directly from TCGplayer using the user's existing signed-in browser session so those orders can be shown together. Depending on what TCGplayer provides, this can include:

• order number and order date;
• seller name;
• card names, product details, conditions, printings, prices, and ordered quantities;
• order totals;
• shipping status, tracking number, and estimated delivery date; and
• refund status, amount, and date.

Receivd also handles information the user creates in the extension: delivery status, received quantities, missing quantities derived from those entries, optional notes, settings such as a received-through cutoff date, and last-updated timestamps.

Information Receivd does not handle

Receivd does not ask for, collect, or store TCGplayer passwords, authentication cookies, authentication tokens, payment-card numbers, or bank information. It does not attempt to bypass TCGplayer authentication. Although a TCGplayer page may contain shipping or billing addresses, Receivd does not extract or store those addresses.

How information is used

The information above is used only to provide Receivd's user-facing order reconciliation features: displaying cached orders, tracking delivery status, calculating missing quantities, showing overdue estimates, preserving notes and preferences, and synchronizing compact user-created state when browser sync is available.

Where information is stored

• Local browser extension storage: Reconstructible TCGplayer order metadata and a fallback copy of user-created tracking state and preferences remain on the current browser profile.
• Synced browser extension storage: Compact user-created tracking state and preferences—status, received quantity exceptions, optional notes, cutoff date, identifiers, and timestamps—may be synchronized when the user has enabled the browser's sync feature.

The browser and the user's signed-in profile settings control whether synced extension storage is synchronized. Receivd does not control Chrome or Edge sync and does not operate a separate sync service. Chrome and Edge use separate sync services, so data does not automatically transfer between those browser families.

Sharing and transmission

Receivd does not transmit order information or user-created tracking state to the developer, advertisers, data brokers, analytics providers, or other third parties. Receivd does not sell user data and does not use it for advertising, creditworthiness, lending, or unrelated purposes.

While the user is on TCGplayer order history, Receivd sends ordinary page-number requests only to TCGplayer to retrieve the user's other history pages. When the user deliberately opens a TCGplayer or PayPal link, the destination site receives the normal information associated with visiting a website. Receivd does not attach cached order information, notes, or tracking state to those requests or links and does not process PayPal payments.

Retention and deletion

Stored information remains until it is replaced through normal use, cleared from the browser profile, removed from synced extension data, or the extension is uninstalled. Revisiting TCGplayer may reconstruct local order metadata. Removing Receivd and its extension data deletes its local cache; the browser controls retention of any synced copy.

Security

Receivd treats marketplace page content as untrusted plain text, does not execute scripts from page content, does not inject scraped HTML, and packages all executable extension code with the extension. Receivd does not use remotely hosted executable code.

Extension store compliance

Receivd's use of information complies with the applicable Chrome Web Store and Microsoft Edge Add-ons policies, including the Chrome Web Store Limited Use requirements. Receivd only handles information necessary to provide or improve its disclosed order-tracking features.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated when Receivd's functionality or data practices change. The updated policy will show a revised effective date. Material changes will also be reflected in applicable extension-store disclosures and the extension experience as required.
